Foundation Flow

Level 1 | Beginner

A supportive, beginner-friendly class where you’ll learn the foundations of Pilates with plenty of personal attention along the way. Your instructor will guide you through alignment, control, breath, and core stability while watching your form, offering hands-on corrections, and helping you understand how each movement should feel.

Perfect for new students, students returning to Pilates, or anyone who wants to slow things down, refine their technique, and build a strong foundation with expert guidance.

Signature Flow

Level 2 | Intermediate

Signature Flow introduces stronger, more dynamic sequencing while your instructor continues to watch your form, refine your alignment, and help you move with greater control and precision. You’ll build strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and confidence while learning how to connect the movements with more intention.

Best for students with previous Pilates experience or those who feel comfortable with foundational exercises and are ready for the next challenge.

Power Flow

Level 3 | Advanced

Our most advanced class for experienced students ready to move with greater strength, control, precision, and confidence. Power Flow introduces faster pacing, more complex sequences, and challenging transitions. Your instructor is still watching, correcting, cueing, and helping you refine the details so you can take on more demanding movement without sacrificing form.

Best for students with a strong Pilates foundation and regular practice experience. Advanced-level readiness is required..

Community Class

All levels

An accessible, open-level Pilates class led by students in the Hard Core Pilates Teacher Training Program. You’ll move through the foundations of the HCP method in a supportive environment while our future instructors develop the most important part of teaching Pilates: learning to observe, guide, cue, and care for the person in front of them.

Perfect for new students, students looking for a gentler class option, or anyone who wants to support our Teacher Training students as they grow into thoughtful, attentive instructors..

Restore

A slower-paced class designed to give your body a little extra care. Restore combines Pilates-based movement with deep stretching to improve mobility, release tension, and help you better understand where your body may be holding tightness.

Your instructor will guide your alignment and positioning throughout, helping you get the most from each movement and stretch.

Teen

A supportive, energizing Pilates class designed specifically for teenagers. With thoughtful instruction and plenty of individual attention, teens learn proper form, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and control from the beginning.

Our instructors guide and correct throughout class so students can build confidence in how they move not just keep up with the workout.
